A: eSports Conference is an industry conference covering the business of eSports. Some of the topics discussed at the event include the trends, financials, technology, media , eSports marketing, hardware, peripheal manufacturers and brands, investment opportunities, gaming platforms, software development, eSports Teams, eSports Leagues and others. It is for individuals and companies engaged in eSports, investors, and vendors to the industry.


Q: Who attends the eSports Conference?
A: eSports Conference attendance is for eSports business professionals: marketers, eSports hardware, investment firms, executives of gaming platforms and game development companies, software development experts, media representatives, eSports Teams, eSports Leagues and many others.


Q: What can I expect at the trade show?
A: Attending eSports Conference is certainly a different experience for most, if not all delegates. This is a serious event for eSports professionals and all delegates attending treat it as such. Business negotiations also take place during networking sessions. The seminars at the event are designed to discusss current issues, strategies and new technologies to run their operations more efficienly. Networking at the eSports Conference with other delegates, like yourself, has been found to be most productive in discovering new opportunities. Q: How much does it cost to register and what does a registration pass include?
A: If you register before January 15, 2016 (11:59 PM EST), the registration fee is USD . After January 15, 2016 (11:59 PM EST), the cost increases to USD 595. A registration pass includes access to eSports Conference exhibit hall at the Strand Palace Hotel, eSports Conference seminars as well as most of eSports Conference associated social events taking place during the event. Morning, afternoon snacks and a lunch are provided.


Q: What if I want to register in person at the business meeting?
A: At-Door registration begins on at 7:45 AM. We recommend you get there early as there may be a long line of people looking to purchase passes at the front door. That is why we recommend registering for eSports Conference online early. You save both money and time at the event.


Q: Will you be mailing me my badge or do I pick it up at the Strand Palace Hotel?
A: You must pick up your badge at the conference registration desk the morning of the event. Please bring government issued photo identificaiton (for verification purposes only). Registration badges are not mailed.


Q: What if I lose my badge during the event?
A: At this event your badge is your access to eSports Conference. With it, you can enter the exhibit hall, the seminar rooms and attend other outside social events. Badges cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you need to purchase a replacement badge at the event the cost will be USD 595.


Q: Do you offer discounted passes for the exhibit hall only?
A: No. The conference pass includes all that was stated above. There is only one registration fee.


Q: Do you offer passes to lectures only? Is the admission price for the whole event or for certain rooms only?
A: The admission price is for the whole event only. There are no partial passes.


Q: What if I want to meet someone at the eSports Conference that has no badge and does not plan to register for the trade show?
A: This is a closed event. The exhibit hall, seminar rooms, meeting rooms and some areas of Strand Palace Hotel will be the forum where eSports Conference delegates conduct business. Only eSports Conference registrants will be allowed in these areas with NO exceptions.


Q: Do you provide a list of the the delegate names and companies?
A: No. This event is attended by wealthy entrepreneurs and senior executives that do not wish to give out their names or contact details to others they do not know. We provide our registrants access to the conference directory to contact the delegates. But this is only for those who opted in. It runs 1-2 weeks before the event, during the dates of the event and one week after it. You can schedule your meetings in a secure environment.


Q: Do I have to give you my real name? I don't want it to appear on my badge.
A: We require your real first and last name for identification purposes only. We will place the name you would like to appear on the badge at the registration desk.


Q: I am from another country and require a Visa to go to the trade show. How do I get a Visa Invitation letter from eSports Conference?
A: You must first register for your conference pass. Upon receipt of payment, email us a request for a visa invitation letter. Please include your name, full mailing address and fax number. We will then fax you the invitation letter.


Q: I am from the media. Do you offer media passes to the conference?
A: If you are with the major media (examples are: Business Week Magazine, Euronews, Die Welt, Times of London, the Wall Street Journal, etc.), then email us with your name, the name and address of the media publication, the name of your editor and his contact details. Upon confirmation, we will contact you and advise if you are approved to have a media pass to the event. If you are an industry or trade publication, please note that we have pre-arranged co-promotional agreements with other trade publications. Our co-promotional agreements are done months in advance. If you are contacting us for the first time just prior to the event, you will need to register and pay for your pass.


Q: I am a student. Do you offer special academic rates to the trade show?
A: Our only rates are shown on the registation page. They increase as the event gets closer. We strongly recommend early registration as that will save you the most amount of money.


Q: I pre-registered and I'm unable to attend. Can I get a refund?
A: No. All sales are final and there is no refund for cancellation. Our cancellation policy is listed on the terms and conditions page for registering at the event.
